Billy Preston was born on September 9, 1946, in Houston, Texas. He was an incredibly talented singer, songwriter, and keyboardist, best known for his work with The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and his own solo career.

Preston played on iconic Beatles tracks like Get Back and Don’t Let Me Down and was one of the few musicians to be credited on a Beatles recording. He also had hits of his own, including Nothing from Nothing, Will It Go Round in Circles, and Outa-Space.
